This is the inside of my bobbin lace roller pillow, while I washed and dried the cover.
From the inside out: a sturdy cardboard roll, pale green wool fabric, charcoal gray wool fabric, a layer of camping pad (freshly re-duct-taped at the seam), a sewn green wool cover.
The blue cover that goes over all was out in the sun drying.
LOL. How it's going...
I think I'm about to screw up the closure. But we'll see.
Progress was slow lately as I was trying to figure out how to hide ends. I decided that I needed more sea and wake at the bottom edge and that later I can sew in some ends within that.
We'll see if that works too, but it will be a while.
