Man, I get it. People don't wanna bring politics here the same way the birdsite had. But it is easy to say that when decisions made in Washington DC affects us black and brown people everywhere else in the world just as much.

Let's have the uncomfortable talks instead of the flame wars the birdsite used to have. Let's listen, learn and hold each other accountable. There's plenty of voices out there needing to be heard.

@FloydyStu Such a great reminder. There have been times where I needed the support of another human being. Not always able to find some while staying home. I’m in a good space right now. You cannot control the mind. You cannot stop the continuous thoughts. It’s outlook that needs to change. It’s reacting to action that needs to change. It is thinking before replying. It is thinking before speaking. Is your situation toxic? If so, choosing to be in the moment with no judgement does not help you. It helps the toxic environment. The right action is to do something. The right intention is to do something because corporate mindfulness only leads to mindlessness.
