Every time someone says "Tax the Rich", the immediate push back is "Then they'll leave and take the jobs with them!"
If they want to leave, let them go. The "jobs" still need to be done.
People will still need groceries, Internet connections, cars, and houses.
Someone will fill the market.
This is so far out of hand.
Everything doesn't need AI. But it's everywhere I turn: Windows, browsers, phones, cameras, cars, JIRA, GitHub and the constant vibe coded pull requests, TV's, GPU filters, support agents, BOOKS?!?!? ART?!?!?! social media.
It's everywhere. I'm tired of turning it off.
