@neiljhaveri been a great fan of Mimestream since its earliest days and am looking forward to the iOS beta when it appears. :)
so @gruber my guess is Masimo isn’t playing ball as their founder and CEO Kiani thinks people should buy "real” pulse oximeters from them rather than fake ones from Apple and they will defend their expesive one use things rather than a multi use device that gives an indication of your blood oxygen level. He is completly open about it and my guess is as you mentioned on Dithering they can charge whatever they want and will do so.

‘Changes to U.K. Surveillance Regime May Violate International Law’

What will actually happen, I believe, is that E2EE messaging platforms like WhatsApp (overwhelmingly popular in the U.K.), Signal, and iMessage *will stop working and be pulled from app stores in the U.K.*, full stop. The U.K. seems to think it’s a bluff; I don’t.

@caseyliss just wanted to say how good CallSheet has turned out. Love the way you present the data especially for episodes makes it much more useful. One query when your subscription ends (in test flight) you have to resubsxribe ti test again as there are no searches left (doesn’t reset - even partially). Excellent tool!
@caseyliss jeard you bemoaning the App Store review process and the whole copyright image issue. Thought of a new revenue stream for you - ask producers / distributors of current (smaller movies) to (a) Levene you the rights and (b) pay you a small amount to be a launch partner. Have fun the app is excellent a couple of minor things I dislike and I’d like to search within a result for certain details. Plus a link the IMDB full cast list. :)
@caseyliss did you see this and is it your app - or do other people do it as well - but I did think of you
Hi @caseyliss I was very interested to hear more about your new app, as someone involved in IMDb before and during the sale to Amazon I know how you feel and am curious how you have approached solving the issues happy to give feedback
@gruber like the talk show this week not often people remember the email interface to IMDb from the early 90s. It was a fun project that got me involved with IMDb before it was a company and let to me being in the room when it was sold to Amazon in 1998. A fun few years before that taking it from a hobby.
