@OliviaVespera I use Feedly.com (since Google scapped their RSS aggregator) and Palabre on Android (but I just noticed it is not in the play store anymore ðŸ˜).
Palabre has the possibility to download items to be viewed offline, but generally not the whole article. But enough to decide I want to read it or not. I then mark as read the others and when online, i can synch all.
