Some cisbi wazzock living on Boonwurrung land (Melbourne, Australia). Currently recovering from a decades-long series of rolling burnouts, culminating in a horrifying collapse in 2020. Now trying to make #autism and #ADHD work *for* me, not *against* me. He/him. I don't like TERFs.

My career advisor: ‘All your aptitude scores are so high! You could do anything you want to do! ANYTHING!’

Me, a late-diagnosis #ADHD with a lifelong history of burnouts:

Kylie Minogue's 'Impossible Princess' album is a stone cold classic from start to finish, but her singing was not quite up to scratch at that point. Bum notes all over the place. This gives the album an organic flavour, though, so really it's fine.

This, 'Light Years' and 'Aphrodite' are easily her best albums.

My tightly organised and well-stocked Trello board of writing drafts:
So I opened Twitter because I followed a Mastodrama link there and this unrelated thing happened

I want to highlight some *good* things about the #Chibnall era of #DoctorWho:

1. It looked gorgeous. The last nine episodes were shot during pandemic restrictions, which meant they had to lean heavily on green screen shots, but within that it looked fantastic.

2. Segun Akinola did an incredible job of creating mood without drawing attention to his score, particular in Flux and the final specials.

3. Sacha Dhawan’s performance as the Master. Unbelievably good. Most of his scenes looked like they'd been plucked from a whole different show.

4. Mandip Gill got to do some powerhouse acting a few times, particularly in the finale. I cannot wait to see what she does next. And she’s *stunning*.

5. Chibnall’s boss new hairdo. Look at it. LOOK AT IT.

It's quite the contortion to take over a social media site by means of your unfeasible wealth, use your position of absolute privilege to turn away every user who isn't a massive bigot, ask whomever's still using #Twitter (i.e. basically the whole alt-right movement at this point) whether #Trump should be allowed back on the platform, then take the resulting 'yes' vote (by the slimmest of margins) to mean 'the people have spoken.'

The user base you cultivated has spoken, #ElonMusk, because you cultivated that user base.

As usual, when a #libertarian bangs on about 'free speech,' they really just want the 'speech' that suits them.
