The best way to ruin my day is to have been rude to me five years ago.

Had a double dose of Vyvanse once. Never again

@adhd_coffee The image is a two-panel meme. The top panel shows a control panel with two large red buttons labeled "Raw dogging the day without meds" and "Taking a double dose," with the text "RISKING" above them. A hand is poised to press one of the buttons. The bottom panel depicts a person with a worried expression, sweating, and holding their head with one hand. The text above them reads, "Me, not knowing if I took my meds today." The person is wearing a red shirt and appears to be in a car. The overall theme of the meme humorously illustrates the dilemma of whether to take medication or not, using exaggerated scenarios for comedic effect.

@adhd_coffee Been there, done that and can confirm it's really bad
@adhd_coffee Definitely not a great feeling. I’d opt to not take my meds if in doubt. So, instead of using a pill box with, you know, the days of the week clearly labeled, I’ve instead decided to move my bottle of pills around. If they’re in the same place I didn’t take my meds and if it’s been moved I did. What could go wrong?
