This is massive news. I've long believed that #DeLaSoul's crucial role in American musical history has been diminished by their absence from streaming services due in part to the #copyright clearance burden of their sample-heavy sound on the first few albums. I don't know man. I mean I don't know anything but between Conte's inflexibility, Kane and Son's decline, the poor youth management, and the lack of a coherent long term vision is all a huge problem. At this point I'm willing to kill all darlings. But I'd start with Conte and Levy for sure.

@richarrowsmith I cannot believe it but I'm with you. Conte has failed. The side needs a total rebuild and there is nothing that should be sacred. Kane and Son can go. What a waste of talent.
