This is the bottom of the towel radiator in my ensuite. I want to fit a thermo valve. Can I get a thermostatic valve by just replacing the insert (shown in red) or do I have to replace the whole valve (blue)?

Absolute bollocks, he's hardly at the heart of politics - his party have 4 MPs!! Why haven't they said that The Greens are at the heart of politics? They too have 4 MPs! Or plaid Cymru - are they also now at the heart of politics.

Desperately sad to hear that Michael Mosley has died. I always enjoyed his shows, and I bought his 5:2 diet plan book (which really works). He'll be missed. So sad for his family too.
