LazyboyAnyone know what this is? Are the berries edible (can I make a jam or jelly with them)?
Forgotten HeroI am fairly sure that is a Rowan tree [Sorbus aucuparia]. The berries are poisonous when raw, but make a tart jam (or jelly) that goes well with game and cheeses. Even cooked they are poisonous to cats and dogs.
