Furthermore: I don’t consider myself to have quit, just haven’t had the urge. I am still looking forward to a glass of wine or a beer as and when it feels like a justified occasion, rather than it being the default thing to do alone at home on a random weekday night.
AKA If I’m going to get a hangover then it better be worth it. e.g. At a shop opening with fizz a few weeks ago, wasn’t particularly close to anyone there but had to show my face for an hour. Why get drunk?
Still had no alcohol since 30 December. Encouragingly, via the gift of 0% beers, I have discovered I enjoy a beer at least as much as I need(ed?) the alcohol in that beer. Genuinely enjoying and feeling satisfied by drinking one or two 0% beers and now without that automatic alcohol-brain-nag to reach for a third one (becomes 5?, 6?, 8?).
Yes: Lucky me, I know it’s REALLY not that easy for everyone.

Back to school day. First day at big school and he’s understandably nervous
stanislavvI actually, often, sorta hate development quite a lot. I was managing a junior dev on this but it was too difficult and he quit. Got some new help on board recently but for stuff like this I have to do it myself
