Agree with 1 and 3. I haven't seen the other ones, they seem interesting.
The only one I can think of right now, because I've seen it like 3 times, is The Internet's Own Boy.

The only advice I can give you is this:

Try to create habits that you do consistently.

You should try therapy and go from there.
