The Hawai‘ian Kingdom has been confirmed to exist under an illegal military occupation for the last 130 years, since 1893!
The U.S. has no Treaty of Cession! Hawai‘ians never fully relinquished their sovereignty over themselves or their land.

@abshlimon @iraq so, when Iraq occupied Kuwait, the state of Kuwait didn't cease to exist, right?
Due to International Law, Iraq legally had to enforce Kuwait law until the occupation ended after 7 months.
Is that to your knowledge correct so far?
