@estpls sharing? :o
@estpls Selfish! 😫 I hope you find a hair in it! 😏
#Mastadon seems cool but I find having to use a different account for each instance and having to open multiple tabs to check posts in the instances a bit of a pain. Perhaps centralised is the way to go for social media. Separating people is a bad first step when trying to connect them.
@estpls Good evening ^^
@Albirew Does that matter? If you want the same result on other computers just do the same on those... or am I misunerstanding again?
@Albirew My bad, misunderstood your first post. You can disable it for them all (but not individual files) by unticking the radio button that appears on the warning dialogue.

Currently torn about discord. I'm aware the client does background data mining which really rather bothers me, but I've gotten used to having it and also use it to communicate with a team of developers I work with on an open source project.

tl;dr I want to remove discord but I'm morally inconsistent here convenience is a factor.

Genuine question. When and why did people start making white websites? I've just installed dark themes for various sites like youtube and they are not only much easier on the eyes but look a lot better too! It's odd how so many successful websites don't realise that their site is actually an ugly eye sore.
@arcans Hmm. Perhaps a light background that's closer to grey would be better than straight up white. I think I'll put together a simple wepbage today and try some experiments to see what combinations of background and text colour is both attractive and easy on the eyes.
