My family hasn't eaten in a few days and won't for about another week. We're absolutely starving. We're doing okay bill-wise, but nothing for us to eat.

I'm not a snow hater, trust me. I just prefer to have it around the Holidays, some into new year & leave it at that.
It always seems the worst of it hits around February & March, though...
Seems like we might be bracing for a potential Blizzard, where I'm at.
Definitely worrisome, but according to the Google Weather app, we should be fine.
Just don't wanna deal with anymore snow!
Seeing my parents light up at my retro ROM collection(s) was so nice.
I played a few different Arcade / Atari games from their youth & they were SHOCKED that I could just stream that stuff via my PC & Steam.
Might try to convince them to play, some time, haha!
When thinking of hobbies & careers I'd like to pursue, I often weigh the pros / cons that come first to me in my mind.
With animals, this is one of the few... passions of mine in life that I can say I'm willing to take the negatives with the positives, compared to most things I'd love to potentially do with my life.
Crazy, but true.
If I wasn't so wanting of a music career, I could potentially see myself working with animals.
I love them so much - providing healthy living conditions, taking proper care all the while learning about a variety of creatures would be a seriously worthwhile life for me.
Introspection seems to be a common theme in my life, lately.
I've found comfort in my own skin & for the first time am truly healthy - both in my mind and physically.
So much has gone on in these last 5 years for me, especially, but I've been recovering for a while from it & I feel like I can finally begin stepping out into the world.
I hope some of this makes as much sense as I think it does. I'm often afraid to speak my mind, but I'd really like to change that & be more forward with who I am / what I'm about as I grow older.
I'm an introspective, emotional, but caring person. A kid at heart, really & I just try to make each day as fun and worthwhile as possible.
I hope you can find joy in this, with me. 💞
Getting older is crazy. I know I'm only 23, but wow, so much time has gone by.
Looking back at my childhood, when my parents were healthier & life was, quite obviously, much simpler.
I try to remind myself that my inner-child is still here & very much alive, it's just up to me to let that show.
Life is complicated, but I still find comfort in the same little things that brought me joy decades ago, now, as a child.
I cherish that fact.
