Hi I'm Jeff 59yr old running guy #runner5 recently separated and trying to put my world back together in North Wales. 6 months ago I was a manager in a residential unit for challenging behavior now I'm a Porter on a holiday park trying desperately to learn welsh. I enjoy being outside and all types of #running #hiking and generally being in the mountains when I can, I need to learn paddle boarding in the next 12 months and see where life goes #wales

Sunny the emotional support sock
Opening:
Sunny wasn’t just any orange sock. No, he was the sock you reached for when the world felt a bit too sharp, a bit too loud. Woven from threads of hope (and maybe a bit of actual sunshine, if the legends were true), Sunny had a mission: to catch tears, warm cold toes, and occasionally—just occasionally—punch existential dread right in the metaphorical face.
