I read a collection of Aaron Swartz’s essays and feel like his death was the end of everything. When he died the death star won. But there’s hope in the Fediverse. #teachers — I’m a refugee from the Reddit collapse and I want to push Mastodon and the whole Fediverse to my CC students. I’m bringing the themes of corporate dystopia into my science fiction course and I’m planning on making a me@teaching log in or something so my students can interact with me and learn about the Fediverse but I’m a noob myself. Any suggestions for me on this?
