This year's conference will take place in New York City from October 16–19, 2025, under the theme "Wiki’s World Fair" — reflecting the rich cultural diversity of New York.

WikiConference North America 2025 Scholarship Application

WikiConference North America 2025 will take place on October 16–19 in New York City. We are pleased to offer scholarships to help offset travel and accommodation costs for selected attendees. Active contributors to Wikimedia projects or Wikimedia volunteers in any capacity who currently reside in North America are eligible to apply. Please refer to the WCNA Scholarship page for details on eligibility and coverage. Applications are due April 4, 2025 (Eastern Time). This is a firm deadline.
