I am weirdly already at lvl 60 in AC odyssey without really grinding this time. No idea how that happened.

I would recommend the shit out of this game to anyone who thinks "Witcher like RPG but in Ancient Greece" sounds fun but it's Ubisoft so I respect anyone not wanting to buy it.

I am not at all surprised at the size of the protests yesterday.

I don't know how much modern Americans really pay attention to history outside their country, but as an European who's very interested in history this is anything but surprising.

My first thought was the Solidaritet marches in Poland in the 80s. It was the first time I saw with my own eyes (well on TV) ordinary people giving a militaristic dictatorship the finger. Repeatedly.

In 2025, there are literally only three official American news sources I trust:

404 media, Teen Vogue, Tennessee Holler.

Virtually all other mainstream media in the US has been pushing fascist propaganda for at least five years.
