I see a lot of praise for Threads’ super-rapid DAU growth but very little on its seeming lack of retention. I found it a fun app, but its feed doesn't offer much to me and it seems that it'd keep me retained a lot longer if it had been more mature at launch.

I'm doubting the wisdom of their opportunistic early launch without the pieces being in place to truly replace Twitter. A missed opportunity, perhaps.

Revising my portfolio for the zillionth time 🙃 🤪 Who can relate?! 🙋‍♀️#ux #design #portfolioday

I’m amazed by this stunning photo ‘Playground’ by Sebastian Piórek, the winner of the urban category in the prestigious Drone Photo Awards 2023. It captures a colorful playground hidden in the south of Poland, surrounded by mines and urban architecture. It’s a beautiful contrast of joy and gloom, seen from a unique perspective. Kudos to Sebastian Piórek for this amazing work! #photography #design #drone

How can we strike a balance between incorporating emojis in our digital interfaces while ensuring accessibility for all users? 🤔

On one hand, emojis add personality and emotion to our online conversations, making them more engaging and enjoyable but they can also create obstacles for individuals who rely on screen readers or have difficulty interpreting visual cues. #accessibility #ux #design #uxdesign #UI #socialmedia

Accessibility vs emojis - UX Collective

Emojis are in every corner of the internet. Everyone I know uses emojis, all the way from my grandparents to my friend’s 5 year old brother. Personally, I use emojis daily. I’ll throw a couple of…
