The frustrating thing about this is that ANY time a heavier person in a video dares to eat or drink anything ... there will be nasty comments, fat shaming and spouting BS like a manure factory.
Let the people hydrate, FFS! And if flavored water or sugar-free soda or tea or stuff like that helps them, to reach their daily liquid intake, then great!
Because drinking enough is better than being dehydrated!

Also, why people are feeling entitled to bash down like that in the first place or count calories for others, is really beyond me and it makes those people some real shitty asswipes.
Please don't do that in the comments or reactions! Because people posting their videos are trying and are looking for some support and reassurance, not a beat-down.

I dropped my guard and enjoyed the company. Enjoyed what made me happy.
Enjoyed who and what I am.
