Cover of 'Wish You Were Here' by Pink Floyd (obv)
Heard a ska(!) version of this on Hypem which reminded me, I sang it about ten years ago last time, so I had another go. Always a bit taken aback by my new stronger voice at first.
And another song, I thought of this play on words but was unsure I'd be able to express the correct sentiment in song, but I think my voice matches my mind these days so it does have the right emotional tone for the subject. About the last 6 years; 'There are things that I didn't wanna see'
Proper edit for my 'Sychophants' song doodle from today (slight echo and removed some silences)
'Sycophants' featuring my first sang swear word 💅
I haven't listened to my other takes yet, this is straight off my phone with only amplification
Lazy or efficient?

Accidentally reversed this song doodle while doing a quick edit and it has a really eastern european sound. (The song is perhaps called 'sycophants' I haven't done the real edit yet which is just amplifying)
'Don't Let the Day Fade Away' I quite like this one, made up on the spot as usual. The deeper/higher vocal is nice but also what I'm expressing, it's ~motivational~ without being cheesy. I feel like my voice changed from folk to rock somewhere.
'Nobody asked for this' a song I made up on the spot a few days ago.
I noticed my voice got slightly deeper (or some lower tones unlocked in my meagre range) since last time I recorded anything. 💪
Some fireworks audio from 01/01/ 2026
'Trick or Treat' my first 'Halloween' (doodle) song which is also commentary on something.
I was also doing a rewrite/cover of another song and I realised: deadpan description of a problem (as in that original song) is an expression of frustration and anger, and moving more towards satire/sarcasm (as here) is more positive and powerful.
Also I am a little bit too good at being a haunted doll at the end.
Nonsense Song #2 SickSong
I recorded this, horizontal, while *very* sick and feverish for about 2 days in Feb this year. I was surprised I could still sing and make up a tune, pretty much the same as usual, in that state since I don't think you can tell here.
