Aproveitando q alguns municipios adoram o PL já no 1º turno e outros adotaram só no 2º turno, a gente usa vários modelos de event study pra comparar o resultado de todas seções eleitorais (urnas) entre esses municipios em 2022 e nas eleições anteriores
No estudo, a gente analisa como a adoção do PL no 1º e 2º turno das eleições presidenciais de 2022 impactaram o comparecimento nas urnas, o resultado das eleições e o nível de mobilidade nas cidades.

Se a adoção do PL reduzisse significativamente os custos de participação eleitoral, a gente esperaria q a diferença no comparecimento entre os turnos 1 e 2 dos municípios analisados seria significativa. Mas, a gente encontra q o PL não impactou o comparecimento nas urnas.
A gente também analise se o transporte público gratuito teria dado mais votos pro Lula, como algumas pessoas pensaram. A gente também encontra efeito nulo.
