Here is a photo of the Harvest Super Moon Lunar Eclipse as seen tonight in NY around 22:30 tonight. It's a small eclipse but when paired with the closer super moon and a harvest moon this is pretty unique!

The internet should be more of a farmer's market and less of a Costco.
Anyone with a Microsoft Azure server might be having issues at the moment; CrowdStrike's Falcon software had a BSOD causing update.
Microsoft's status page recommends some recovery steps which might recover the servers.

Almost a year ago, I had the opportunity to watch Tord Wingren, a co-creator of Bluetooth, present at my college. During this, he discussed software licensing and conveyed important ideals. These are the notes I took that day:
When it comes to licensing, one must be generous.
Companies should compete on products, not technology.
To be a leader on one or two segments does not mean we could cover the world. We need to be generous... so that others can create a much bigger market (for everyone).
After much work, I have implemented my own home server! This is based on a Raspberry Pi 4B (8gb), and uses DietPi as its operating system. Services include PiVPN, Nextcloud, Pi-Hole, and an HTML homepage I wrote. Everything is only available on the home network, aside from the VPN port, so can have the benefits of online service without the security risk. The joke I have is that while traveling different states I'm still connected to my home WiFi. 😀
Any ideas how to get around this? Not that I ever used Twitter; it just sucks a billionaire thinks freedom is malware...

I've ran through the process with the latest RC yesterday on my testbed and it all went well, but, like any update these things are prone to hiccups.
Keep that in mind if your server seems to go offline briefly, the admins will be trying their best
