@gemelliz Socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor. Ontario taxpayers are bailing out one of the most luxurious malls in Canada. How do Conservatives in rural Ontario feel about saving a Toronto mall?
If the mall is failing, Ontario should just buy the mall outright, and setup emergency trailer housing for the unhoused. Redevelop the land into affordable housing.
Save the SciCentre at Don Mills and turn Sherway into social housing.
@gemelliz FPTP system is the Sufferage of our time. Image if you could pick two people on a ballot, that would solve many of our problems. If you could rank candidates, that would go a long way to make elections fair. Currently people are not having their voices heard.

1600 parking spots at a 'luxury spa', that's also beside a regional commuter train, means that this 'spa' is expected well over 2000 people at peak times.
Tourists are not going to come to Toronto for a spa. 2000 people at a time is not luxury. They don't have a permit to be a night club. As a kids venue, people aren't paying luxury prices for their kids to go to a water park. WHAT IS THIS PLACE?
