Recorded a great pod today with Johnny Garcia - who is running in the new Texas 35th Congressional District.
His seat is one that the DCCC is targeting to flip the House.
And after speaking with him - it’s clear why they’re bullish on winning this reddish district (this is one republicans target to steal with their gerrymander stunt.)

I recorded a song a few years back with my brother that my Dad wrote.
We were all supposed to do it, but he got sick and passed before we could.
So we did it as a tribute and even made a music video since we found videos on his iPhone practicing the song.
