Hey folks - good recommendation below. When talking about US politics A lets us #USPol which is the official mastodon hashtag for politics in the U.S.

Fedi.TipsI don't know of a specific list, sorry. I guess it would vary depending on what you want to filter out?
By the way the filters can use any word or phrase as well, it doesn't have to just be hashtags 🙂
