Allen HolubIn spite of the rhetoric, I don't think Scrum is at all challenging. It's agility that's challenging. The entire organization has to be agile—it's not a process and it's not something only the teams do. E.g. any org that's mandated Scrum across all its teams is not an Agile one.

This is one of the sad sides of woodturning. Looking through my inventory for some potential pepper mill blanks, I found a piece of apple and a piece of plum.
But they are both full of cracks, spalted wood and brittle areas. Not really mill material. I’ll see what I can still make of them.

Since the bird thing is getting weirder by the hour, I’ll start posting woodworking pics here.
Last week I produced a couple of peppermills. Hornbeam and walnut. Two of them already have a new owner.
Two more are about to be finished for a friend.
And there’s that beautiful mill from an 11 year old juniper on the lathe right now. The smell in the workshop is amazing. #WoodWorking #woodturning #peppermill
