In November 1943 he was deported to #Auschwitz from Westerbork. He was murdered in a gas chamber after arrival selection.

President Biden should order the National Archivist to publish and certify the Equal Rights Amendment. I doubt it'll hold up in the courts, and I don't care. Make it a problem for the GOP. Force them to explain why women aren't equal in our Constitution. What is there to lose?

One thing you learn when you get old is there is always a new shiny thing that seems too good to be true that is going to destroy the truly good thing that good people have invested hard work in building and making foundationally strong. And then the new shiny thing that seemed too good to be true, actually proves it was too good to be true and suffers the fate of such things, and you're still standing there working with good people on strengthening the good thing's foundation.
