I’m an #Englishteacher living in #Japan, where I’ve lived for the past 20 years. I teach in public schools as well as teaching college level courses in English as well as translation.
I have a #DiplomaTesol and have worked in education for over 20 years. In addition to work in the classroom, I’ve also been doing #curriculum design and am also working on online resources for learners.

Along the street in Tokyo. This hill, Sansakizaka, is an old path leading up from Nezu Shrine (根津神社) to I believe what used to be a tram terminal. Along the way you can see some of the most beautiful scenes in Japan. #tokyo #photography #japan #downtown #retro #nostalgia

Yanaka, Tokyo has many faces. This slope has always been one of my favorites, since I first visited 20 years ago. There used to be a number of abandoned houses along the way but young entrepreneurs came in and refurbished several of them and turned them into cafes and shops. It’s really nice to see the area thriving now #japan #tokyo #downtown #yanaka #photography
