@TheOtherTracy @chuckwendig I agree with this. I was just looking at the Import/Export option, but it seems pointless at the moment. A single sign-on that could be used to access different communities seems like the the ideal scenario. I really love that new communities can spring up, but the non-transferable accounts are going to be a major roadblock

@kenlowery Yes, and Local timeline shows you the statuses of friends of friends, I think? I don't know what Federated timeline does, but it looks like it's showing literally everything being posted.

@chuckwendig I agree. I expected a reddit/subreddit relationship, but it's more like wikia.

@chuckwendig Yeah, these instances confused me. I think I spent 30 minutes wondering why I couldn't log into a gamedev one that was linked on Twitter, only to realize that I needed to make a new account. I don't think I'm a fan of that implementation, but it makes some sense.
