Then Notifications is responses and follows and stuff, and the far right is the wider world if I want to see it?

@kenlowery Far Right is the column of whatever you click on. Search results, the wider timeline, and even your own tweets if you click your name.

@kenlowery My issues is, I keep peeping peoples profiles and trying to reply on their page or boost but forget I can't seem to do that 😅

Suppose it's just a thing you can do on the timeline. . . . the super freaking fast timeline...

@kenlowery Yes, and Local timeline shows you the statuses of friends of friends, I think? I don't know what Federated timeline does, but it looks like it's showing literally everything being posted.
