Some have recommended an instance, wandering.shop, for SFF stuff, but I would need to create a whole new profile to go there, right? *makes a frowny face*
@chuckwendig Yeah, these instances confused me. I think I spent 30 minutes wondering why I couldn't log into a gamedev one that was linked on Twitter, only to realize that I needed to make a new account. I don't think I'm a fan of that implementation, but it makes some sense.
@TaoOfBees It makes sense if they want walled gardens, but for open public instances, feels like a unified login would be best, but I dunno.

@chuckwendig @TaoOfBees It's like email and message boards and twitter had a baby. Only difference is that there's a sense of community by picking a server because you can follow people's public posts in "Local".
