@TonyStark Do not be gaslit by this administration.

There never was a Carrier deal. They only people that bought into this were Trump's base and the media, despite the statements of actual employees.

Basing your future on Trump's lies is a mistake.

Democrats want to offer training and education opportunities so Americans can transition to new jobs. Republicans just want to keep people where they are to milk as much profit as possible then abandon them. #VoteBlue

As of today, North Carolina has surpassed the total early voting turnout from 2016! The NCSBE website has data for all the people who like data. Me, I'm more of a "tell me what the data means" sort of person, so I like to hit up http://www.oldnorthstatepolitics.com for analysis, but they haven't updated with today's numbers yet.

By the way, if you live in #nc, you have until the end of tomorrow to request your absentee ballot!

Please vote and check in with family and friends as well. This is the only way to end this slide into fascism. We got this last shot to get it right.

Trump appointee resigns over the president’s order removing job protections for many civil servants

Trump’s order “is nothing more than a smoke screen for what is clearly an attempt to require the political loyalty of those who advise the President,” Ronald Sanders wrote.

Why did I vote for Joe Biden? Let me count the ways.

No way, man. We want to live in shacks, be uneducated, not develop any generational wealth, be at the bottom of the heap forever. Thanks for pointing that out. 👇🏿

Kushner: Black Americans have to 'want to be successful'

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner said Monday that in order for the president’s policies to be most effective, Black Americans must want to succeed.

@CharlotteSometimes @MJ So he's an expert on whether Meghan Markle has experienced racism. So many white people seem to be experts on whether Black people have experienced racism! @TonyStark
@MJ @TonyStark Right! I'd love to hear what those Black relatives have to say to counteract that "I'm not a racist" BS. I'll bet they'd have some things to say.
@CharlotteSometimes @TonyStark Why do some people use the fact that they have Black relatives as proof they can’t be carrying around racism while they say absolutely racist things? 🤦🏾‍♀️

Reading about John Lydon’s opinions is painful. “I Could Be Wrong,” from the PiL song “Rise,” couldn’t be a better book title, because Lydon is most definitely wrong about many things. I read his first autobiography in the ‘90s, but I’m not in the habit of following what he’s up to. I didn’t pay enough attention to the signs that, in retrospect, were obvious. Sometimes we shouldn’t find out what artists we admire think.

John Lydon: 'Don't become entrenched in one opinion and get stuck there for ever'

The former Sex Pistols frontman talks about looking after his wife, Nora, his support for Trump and Brexit, and why he can’t abide ‘moaners’

One party celebrates when people can vote.

The other sees it as an existential threat.
