Successful installation of the new FURUNO-WR110 LOXX Doppler #weatherradar at El Tiro

Despite the persistently difficult situation with months of severe #drought and daily power cuts of up to 12 hours in #ecuador the GUAXX #radar could be switched on again. This was made possible by the installation of 16 new backup batteries and a UPS, which should guarantee an operating reliability of 6-7 hours.
