@middleclasstool my biggest problem currently is nobody makes jeans that fit me good.. GAP used to… but private equity or whatever has ruined them.. and also they rarely have lengths long enough

@middleclasstool i do generally avoid messaging after hours .. like from 22:30-08:00 - unless i’ve been messaged first and or i see the have notifications silenced

Found this big oil on canvas today at a Normandy flea-market. It was very cheap & is signed Jean (?) François on the bottom left. Whoever it’s by, I love its ominous tone!

Its vaguely Impressionist style & the age of the frame (& bars to stretch the canvas) suggests it’s pre-1950 but I just don’t know. I found a Belgian artist Jean François (1903-1977) but I’m not sure the styles are similar.

Anyone know the artist, or can give any other comments/help?
