The European NetworkThe number of EU students choosing to study in the UK has dropped by half since Brexit.
Data from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) shows that enrollments by EU nationals dropped by 53%: from 64,120 students in 2020/21 to just 31,400 in 2021/22.
While the number of non-EU nationals did increase over the same period, UK universities still faced significant shortfalls in student numbers overall.

Hello and happy new year, I have been away a while, needed a break from UK and politics in general. But I am now back and it’s impossible to ignore it. From compulsory math, money scandals and strikes, to royal feud, Tory corruption, and NHS crisis things don’t go away. just because your ignore them.
Spending time with family outside the UK , in the EU this Christmas , so very refreshing ..and not just talking about the weather.
@beeurundul do you know that if there an acute medical issue (like a fall) people can have free equipment and in some cases up to 6 weeks free care (if available as you know..thanks to brexit carers are as rare as gold!) Speak to the GP next Time.
