Yeah, I agree that it is unlikely to be completely the hand of AI, given the timeframe in which ChatGPT became useable for this purpose. And I also agree that Skyrim wasn't exactly like, chef's kiss prose.

But video games are under constant pressure to hurry up and ship already. I think a game in development hell is more likely to get a home stretch filler assist from assistive tech, rather than less. The temptation would be pretty high.
