Here: Crucibulum laeve, also breadbasket mushroom or bird's nest #fungus. The spore packets are shot out by water droplets and can reach speeds of around 20 km/h. They have a "lasso" with them to hold on to plants. This positions them for herbivores, via whose droppings they are spread. #Biodiversity #FungiFriday
