I've recently came across one of the best TED speeches of Adam Grant which hit me hard!

He states that "Never give up" doesn't mean keep doing the thing that is failing. It means don't get locked in one narrow path and instead stay open to widening your goals".

Ultimately one has to rethink and be open to broadening their mindset, instead of forcing themselves to prove them that they're right.
