K-12 educator with a background in special education, high school mathematics, and behavior. At this point, I'm really just interested in providing cover and logistical support so other people can do cool stuff in their space. Also do a bit of tabletop gaming, dip ignorantly into technology, and think about whatever my mind serves up at the moment.

1. I completely understand the context, but the phrase "regular" CoC game feels like an oxymoron.

2. It's not your fight, but it seems like it has become your problem unfortunately. Maybe they would be open to the idea of letting others let them know when things seem to be crossing the line from the perspective of players outside of their personal interactions. People can sometimes get lost in the moment a bit, but good-natured folks rarely want to make other players openly uncomfortable just to win an argument. What is the equivalent to X, N, and O cards for interpersonal interactions?

You could just say that you learned the tips during professional development on Animal Assisted Intervention. Most trainings cover tips for working with therapy animals and students. No one has to know which side you pulled the methods from.

@Thorn Thanks! I'll try not to mention how this might be the only retirement plan I have much control over at this point.
Not that I ever made it too deep into the social media sphere as a user, but I'm ready to retire from "social media" and become more active in the #fediverse in hopes of having some real conversations.
