This CBC headline asks if Russia has changed its nuclear rules because America is allowing Ukraine to fire missiles at Ukraine. Russia doesn’t really believe they are allowed to attack other countries without harm to themselves this is a misinformation campaign. Missing is a statement that the hostilities would end the moment Russia stops their invasion.
