@natefederman.bsky.social They were an official act on the side stage. Mark (the bassist) is the biggest Phish guy in The Slip, I think. I saw a show next to him at Bill Graham in 2012 in SF, where he may still live. Brad and Andrew moved to Quebec and make too much pixie music with their lute and harp-playing friends. I miss the frenetic energy of The Slip. All three of those guys could rip. The new Barr Bros album grew on me during my second pass but I have very strong nostalgic ties. I went to kindergarten with Andrew. Their dad was my dentist.

Maybe I’m getting soft in my old age, but I wish the acoustic on a stand from the Mondegreen secret set was a permanent fixture on the stage with T-boss.
