In October-November 2022 I thought, what if betalain coloring system can be modified for the study of DNA-protein interaction?
This idea was inspired by the MycoRed tool👉https://twitter.com/dromius/status/1415455017478275072?t=Iemy1KlRUbdcENgajPqpKw&s=19

You could place one of the three betalain synthesis components under cis-element regulation, whereas two others will express constitutively.

Now it's reality and not just my thoughts!
