Last night, I happened to stay up late and ended up watching the house speaker vote. I’m not really in to reality-TV but it was captivating stuff. Democracy in action - though a little too close to Lord of the Flies for my liking. I do wish the major news channels hired more lip-readers than political pundits so we could know before-hand what concessions McCarthy has made to the insurrectionist wing of the GOP.
I’m sure my cycling friends will appreciate a bit of afternoon #bikeporn. Or is it #cyclingcrack ?

#cycling from Marble Arch to Brixton with my wife and SiL on a recent flyby through London. Hopefully more US cities will recognize the bike as an effective form of transport. Yeh - I know - no helmets - slaps own wrist.
I’m “this isn’t even my first computer” years old. This is an #Apple Mac SE circa the late 1980’s. I own a third share along with two of my former college house mates. Unfortunately it didn’t boot and we didn’t have the time to figure out the issue.
