The European Research Council (ERC) has selected 349 mid-career researchers to receive this year's Consolidator Grants. With funding from the EU’s Horizon Europe programme, these grants will support cutting-edge research at universities and research centres in 25 EU Member States and associated countries.

Excited to share a new #3dprinting approach that learns from the materials to be printed, to automatically create designs and prints that conform to living cells, particles or any object embedded within a printable resin for light based printing.

We showed applications in building customized blood vessels, as well as osteochondral tissues via #bioprinting

Adaptive and context-aware volumetric printing - Nature

A new approach combining 3D imaging, computer vision and parametric modelling, named GRACE, is introduced, enabling adaptive and context-aware 3D printing of structures around features ranging from cellular to macroscopic scales with minimal user intervention.

3D Printing and Biofabrication | Utrecht Summer School

Additive manufacturing (3D printing) uses a layer-by-layer principle for manufacturing. This one-week course will provide an insight into the opportunities of additive manufacturing technologies and 3D (bio)printing in biomedical applications.

The artwork from Michael Bartolf-Kopp is now online with the final version of our manuscript on Volumetric Printing combined with Melt Electrowriting to build designer, complex blood vessel engineered constructs
