@Phosphenes @SistaWendy @futurebird there is a ton of meat on conspiracy bones to be picked at, both in the fact that kirk was part of the crowd dismissing the epstein files, the senate vote against releasing the epstein files having been the biggest story of the day until the shooting, a number of openly anti israel comments that he had expressed concerns about being harmed for by a state sanctioned actor, putin wanting to show that he can strike anyone who doesnt fall in line (kirk was one of the ones calling out the paid propaganda campaigns)...
and with the way everyone is already spinning this and has already made up their minds about who must be at fault, no matter what the truth *is* no one will actually believe it, everyone will call fake news
@futurebird i mean, i am very much at the apex of the horseshoe theory and am a 2a absolutist, but do agree that well armed unstable people are a discussion that needs to be had in the context of how we can prevent this from happening in a way that doesnt violate rights.
We can find solutions that result in better services to prevent this and better mental health care, better social supports, etc.

later while watching youtube went "who the fuck is this charlie kirk guy" completely unaware of who it was. (hes a construction worker who is wonderfully unplugged)
