Fair enough. What makes you claim that my claim that increased information raises the chances of destroying misinformation, by itself, is insufficient to show that a Rogan-led “open discussion” would in fact be more likely to achieve the opposite and is that in itself not presuming something about the characteristics of this type of discussion which led to your conclusion, and if so what not?

Why do you presume a discussion with Rogan generates more misinformation? It’s not that he won’t let the other talk is it?! You can listen to both sides and value by your own measures.

@etikemik @murshedz

Chances of destroying desinformation get higher the more information ppl have. Challenging beliefs helps in getting closer to the truth, but if you upfront know you cannot be open then surely there is no reason to listen, nor any reason to be afraid of others listening and discussing without you . Maybe I am missing some possible outcomes you have in your mind. Please share. I'm pretty confident it won't lead to the end of the world.

Scary view man

By supporting open discussions? You are confused.

@murshedz

No he is promoting an open discussion. It could destroy misinformation on both sides. Why are y'all so scared for a debate? Mainstream media hardly give ppl with different opinions a voice, which is not healthy and at the root of creating distrust and conspiracies.
