Actually, as angry as I generally am about our private railways, this was about state-owned Transport for Wales being unreasonable.
So
*swears at the state of our disjointed and incoherent railways*
I think I may need to consider a new instance for my normal home. I love neurodifferent.me, but I respect that the admin has a lot of other things going on in life rather than running to fix every problem us little internet people run into.
I'm travelling all day tomorrow, but I think on Sunday I might look at new instances. Ah well.
I've got another wintry soul number for #JukeboxFridayNight #MidwinterTunes - Mighty Cold Winter by Dino & Doc.
Granted, when they sing about a mighty cold winter in July, they mean it figuratively. But hey, I believe July can get mighty cold at the bottom of South Island.
Another #JukeboxFridayNight #MidwinterTunes, and I'm going for a much bigger sound this time. A classic Northern Soul banger, so get your dancing shoes on.

This week's #JukeboxFridayNight / #JukeboxSomeTimeOrOther theme from our Aotearoa friends is #MidwinterTunes, as that side of the planet is lurching into the cold and the dark.
I'll start with a very lo-fi track, It's Winter And You Don't Love Me Anymore, from the one-man-with-a-basic-keyboard early days of Casiotone for the Painfully Alone. I realise this is something of an acquired taste, not everyone's cup of tea - but it breaks my little heart.
The Human League - WXJL Tonight

(from Travelogue - yes, I pick this a lot for themes; no, not apologising, it's great)
Joy Division - Closer

(from Closer - also a final song, that I find disturbing; I don't listen to Closer often, it's too much)
Rob - More

(from Funky Rob Way - something much brighter, just a rush of the squelchiest funk)

Time for a #ThursdayFiveList. This week's theme is #TheClimax, great endings to an album.
Lady Aicha & Pisko Crane's Original Fulu Miziki Of Kinshasa - Kraut

(from N'Djila Wa Mudjimu - a great example of ending with a BANG)
David Bowie - I Can't Give Everything Away

(from Blackstar - literally the final song, and I feel it has a creepiness for that)
