@RS_DEM Yes, there is a long list of artists who have sued Trump but mostly the courts have been horribly slow to move. This time that Isaac Hayes emergency hearing about an injunction - that I have not seen before, and it tells me the judges are starting to be fed up (And Isaac Hayes family has really good lawyers). It certainly puts Trump in worse light that he is now convicted felon and has been paying hundreds of millions in frauds and defamations already
So now I want to pull some thoughts together. Kamala Harris was the Senate's best at cross-examination (questions of witnesses) as we saw with hearings of Kavanaugh and Bill Barr etc. Other Democrats came to her for help with their methods and lines of questioning. She coached other Senators
